Is using Vinegar in preparing chineses dishes is good for health ?

Hello friends, I always like to prepare chinese dishes and like to eat it also. But in most of the chinese dishes i myself use a little amount of vinegar. One of my friend told like using vinegar in food items frequently is not good for health. Is it true friends ? Is using vinegar in preparing chinese dishes is good or bad for health ? I always use only less quantity of vinegar. Waiting for your responses.

It is difficult to say for sure. I think it depends on the dish you cook or the individual health situation. Some people such as my Dad can nenve bare even a drop of vinegar, which can lead his stomach to produce too much acid, making him will be very uncomfortable. But some people can stand much vinegar. Besides, some food can be dad for your health combining with the vinegar. I am sure there is this kind of food although I don't know wat it is exactly. But usually proper amount of vinegar will not harm you, so just enjoy it!

hi priya, i don't know much about vineger affect on our body.but i know ajino-motto is a slow poison it sucks ur blood so avoid using it .kids like chines food we can prepare without adding aji no moto.that is how i do it.till today i have not heard any thing bad about vinegar.if someone please tell me.

Thank you deepamoorthy for your response. You are correct we have to use ajino-motto in less quantity only and that too not frequently. in most of the hotels they are not preparing foods without ajino-motto nowadays. Vinegar is also like the ajino-motto only. We should add only in drops count

Vinegar is sometimes healthy to have a little, and unhealthy to have to much. I recommend not to put vinegar into every dish you make. A ratio of 1/4 is good, I'm Chinese and i only recall one dish we use with vinegar. Its sour,sweet,spicy tofu soup. In other cases I use vinegar to dip my dumplings. I usually coat my dumplings in vinegar since i like sour things. Though that's just me. Then again I'm still I'm still healthy. Vinegar doesn't really effect your health that much!
