I use AT&T also ... and have never had any problems with it and the very few times I had to call customer support, the issue was resolved in 10 mins or less. So, I do value their service since I work from home and need a dedicated ISP at all times! I have their $14.99/month Basic DSL and it suits my business needs perfectly for speed etc. They have plans ranging from $14.99/month to $34.99/mo for Elite Pro speeds. Check out their website at www.att.com.
