I always can watch Serendipity repeatedly without being bored. This movie has been my savior when I was nurturing a broken heart. It has been a motivation for me to find my destiny.

Dear Larish and Anniepa, I heard of this title 'Serendipity' but did not know what the movie is all about. By the way who are the actors and actresses? From what I gather in your response, I believe it must be a very good love romantic movie. Thanks for sharing, I must try to get hold of 'Serendipity' DVD and watch it by end of this year

I have only watched the first 30 mins of 2012, i will watched it later after here in Mylot, its kinda good movie, I watched it online here on the internet cause its not yet showing in our country, At first i thought i play the wrong movie ot they publish the wrong link coz it was a setting on India perhaps the first part. If you ask me what my best movie, it is Brave Heart by Mel Gibson. Its action with a sense of humor, i like to watch it all the time coz i have a THX DVD of the movie. i lke the way they depicted war during those times and not to forget how Mel Gibson defeated the enemy with wits.

Dear mrfdg, You are absolutely watching the right movie. Yes, the beginning of the movie was set in India. It is great. Do not missed it. We are thinking to watch it again for the special effects, the story and to understand better. I heard about Brave Heart. I missed it when they showed in the cinemas many years ago. I will look out for its DVD so that I can watch it during this coming holiday. My nephew said it is a fantastic movie. Thanks for reminding me, cheers :)

Dear Think_Twice, When will it happen no one knows. Only God the Father will know. So, we should be prepared any time when God call us. No point living in fear, we should appreciate God Blessings everyday, be thankful and live happily with our love ones. That is the reason we watch the movie, to see different people reactions when this TIME come to pass... where we have no where to run, we just do our best for our love ones. It is truly a good story, many people who have watched it really appreciate it. Submit to God, I believe you will live happily everyday! All the best and thanks for responding :)

Thanks, for calling me your friend. But don't you have hear about Nostradamus predictions and the sayings of Mayan calender. None of the Nostradamus predictions has gone wrong, World War -I & II,even the predictions of 9/11(destruction of twin tower in USA). So, what makes you so confident that this will not happen in your life time? That is why I am scaring to see the mass destruction which I have felt once when I saw "The Day after Tomorrow" unknowingly. Do you know why I set my avatar as JESUS? Then see the image minutely, it's an image showing compassion to life, enriching it, saving it, protecting it. He is not a God after all. But, a human being with super human qualities but after all a perishable man. We made him GOD but don't follow his ways. Ancestors of those men who set the world on fire during war I & II & all over skirmishes, killed him so inhumanly. I love him and his ideology. Please don't mock on him. By the way I am a Hindu from INDIA.

think twice there my friend, don't get scared of it since it's just the movie and i don't think it's gonna be the end, maybe not in our time i guess since the real problem here is climate change. i would die for sure if this happens to me too. be brave and pray since you got GOD in your avatar

Dear tvb2009, Thanks for your response, truly glad to hear from you Yes, you are absolutely right! The 'feeling' play a major role in us on movies that we like. There are some movie goers watched 'Titanic' again and again and still can cry. Those Korean love dramas also have their fans who watched them repeatedly, even visited South Korea where the drama location is. Especially the famous 'Winter Sonata'. Hope you will catch up on the movie 2012, great special effects! All the best and happy myLotting :) Do keep in touch!

Hi Iriene, i have'nt watched 2012 movie but i plan to this weekend. I have heard good reviews of that futuristic movie and i am becoming more curious. Generally i love watching classic movies, whenever there is a sale of DVDs in the malls i usually look for classic movies but unfortunately i seldom find one.

Dear triplejazzm, Congrats on achieving 200 post This means you can use those cute little emoticons (smileys) at the side 'myLot code' in blue. Glad that you plan to watch this 2012 movie. I hope you will enjoyed its superb visual effects, story and the doses of humour too! I have not watch Roland Emmerich earlier movies like 'The Day After Tomorrow' and 'Independence Day'. I will be looking forward for the next animation 3D movie "A Christmas Carol". Thanks for sharing and do keep in touch :)

Hi Iriene, thanks for informing me 'bout the emoticons, im not so familiar with mylot yet so i don't know much of my privileges, the only thing i know is i enjoy participating in discussions in this site. Anyway ill try exploring so i can use those cute smiley's next time. But as i write this comment, i have observed that there is a spell check already or i just don't notice it before. Regarding the movie 2012, well i was so disappointed. My daughter was able to download a movie with same title from the internet. We though it was the same as the movie being shown in theaters but to our dismay it was a totally different one. I plan to watch it on Saturday.

I love the older movies such as "The Wizard of Oz" and "Dirty Dancing" with Patrick Swayze. I could watch these two anytime over and over again and also love the movie "Grease." I have not seen "2012" but will when it comes on cable. Am not much of a go to the movies type person. I fall asleep..lol

I haven't seen "Mama Mia" but will eventually. I love the songs from the 60's and love to watch good dancing. Patrick Swayze was one of the best dancers I have seen in a very long time. His every move was exciting. He will be missed.

'Grease' was another good movie. Watch once in cinema, watched again on Video and television. Love all the songs in that movie. It seems you love movie that have 'love, dance and great music/songs'. I like them too. So, do you watch 'Mama Mia'?

I also watched 2012 and the only reason I watched it was because of John Cusack. he never get old, he is still cute. About the movie, I finally learned that when we die all should have to die but then in the movie they build a modern Noah's Arc and only those can afford to pay are the ones who will got saved which is unfair. In the movie the government is expecting the down of earth but they never thought it will for 3 days but they are prepared. I hope in real life we are prepare also and we have this Noah's arc LOL. Well movies like Air Force One is worth watching again. I really love the action scenes in this movie, it is a complete ingredient of what an action film should have. I watch it for many times now and even when it is shown in our local channel with commercial I still watch it.

Dear grecychunny, Glad to hear from you. Wow, you have reached 5000 posts. That is fantastic! 2012 depicted the modern Ark that can withstand the tsunami. It is really a great movie but it is so sad that our earth and people will suffer so much when the day comes. I have not watch 'Air Force One'. Who are the casts in this movie? I hope I can catch up with this movie this holiday. Thanks for sharing with me such an action-packed movie. All the best and Merry Christmas :)

I have seen it yesterday with my officemates.. It was really cool, the effects were superb, and it was really gripping.. though I might say, it does make you paranoid about 2012, and the first thing that I thought was, I need to get married before 2012, I don't want to die single! LOL! Anyway, the story was cool, not just pure action, but with a touch of drama, and humor. All in all, I think I would give it a 9 out of 10... I'm also actually planning on watching it again, this time with my boyfriend and his son.

I am looking forward to a new animation movie "A Christmas Carol" Hahaha, yes..you better get married soon Thanks for sharing and do keep in touch!

These days I don't get time to watch movies. When someone speaks high about a movie I make it a pont to watch it. Specially if you say so it has to be good. I will surely go and watch and thanks for it. All Rambo series are fun to watch again and again. All movies of Terence Hill and Bud Spencer of 1980's. "My name is nobody" of Terence Hill is another good movie to be watched again. It has some great message too. "The Party" of Peter Sellars is another such movie with some good message and entertaining one. "History of the world" by Mel Brooks is another great movie. It stretches your imagination. "Erin Brokowich" of Julia Roberts is another great movie worth watching again and again. "Black Stalian" by Francis Ford Coppola and "The Duel" by Steven Spielberg are too great movies. Before you feel that I am representing Warner Brothers, MGM or 20th century folks let me stop here. Have a nice time and come again soon.

'Before you feel that I am representing Warner Brothers, MGM or 20th century folks let me stop here.'...this sentence really make me laugh, you are really great with words. Hi, Iriene! I have watched 2012 and I have teary eyes watching the scenes when they were struggling to survive. It really got me thinking about what the situation will be like when it really happens. There are many movies that I can watch over and over again without feeling bored such as 'The Sound of Music'. I think I have watched it more than a thousand times since I was a kid. My dad always played the video on every day and my siblings and I could even memorize the scripts. It's a musical movie and I love the songs and story. Other movies are Harry Porter, X-Men, our local movies by the late 'Tan Sri P. Ramlee' and many more. Why? Because of the way the stories were constructed, the spontaneity and how they are still 'playing' on my head for a few days after I watch them.

Dear Corrycrystal, You are absolutely right, our local movies by the late 'Tan Sri P. Ramlee' is fabulous. Even it is in 'Black & White', I enjoyed every bit of it. He is really talented. I enjoyed 'Ali Baba', 'Bujang Lapuk' and 'Belalang'. They are very entertaining. 'The Sound of Music' is still a great movie to watch. I love it too Thanks for sharing, do keep in touch, cheers!

I saw it on Friday the 13th...! Man was that movie awesome! I was on the edge of my seat for most of the movie, and my friend next to we was shouting at the movie. She was shouting "Get on the plane! Get on the plane, are you stupid?!" and "Ruuun! Get out of the way!! Hurry!" . I was so focused on the movie that I barely noticed until after when we went to the bathroom together and were talking about it. I could watch the movies "I Am Legend" and a bunch of similar movies over and over again. I love horror movies, but after the first 3 times of watching them it really isn't scary anymore, because you know when what will happen!

I also went to see "2012" on Friday, the day it opened, and I agree that it's a great movie. It actually lived up to the hype, which is kind of rare. So to answer your discussion question, "2012" is one of those movies I could watch again. I have a feeling it's one of those movies you can watch several times and still see something you hadn't noticed before. There are quite a few movies I've watched over and over again and will still watch yet again...and again. If I started listing them I'd probably be here all night...lol! Annie

Learn to appreciate our day to day blessings, appreciate our love ones and care for the nature. This movie is full of visual effects, happenings, drama and also some humour in it. It is a good movie to watch as sort of 'wake up' call to the mankind. Thanks for sharing and all the best :)
