Flaxseed can help you. I mix ground flaxseed in my fresh juice, in the morning and in the evening. Flaxseed has high content of alpha linolenic acids which helps lower cholesterol. Other benefits show that it may also help lower blood triglyceride and blood pressure. It may also keep platelets from becoming sticky therefore reducing the risk of a heart attack. Ask your doctor where to buy it.

Hi, If u want to reduce cholesterol, what u can do is, you can do good exercise so that you sweat a lot. The more you sweat the fats or cholesterol in your body breaks or it dissolves.

Hi, nextellady. Oatmeal, and Minute Maid's Heart Healthy. They have a orange juice that can help lower Cholesterol. I have drunk this juice and it helped to lower my Cholesterol. Almonds and peanuts will help too. Also try some Cheerios as well.
