Verify paypal accnt.

Does anyone here knows how to verify my papayl account using a payoneer debit card? I tried it but it says that my bank denied it, is it because of my payoneer card has no money in it thats why i cant use it to verify my paypal accnt? Enlighten me guys..thanks!

You need to activated your card in Payoneer site, then loaded a few money to Payoneer card (at least $5 or more) to get your PayPal accepting the card. PayPal usually take a small amount from your debit or credit card, so if you have no money on the card then PayPal will denied.

Payoneer is a debit card in the sense that it has to be activated and 'loaded' in order to use it. If you have not yet activated it (and loaded it with a cash balance) it's unlikely that PayPal can make a payment to it (which they need to be able to do in order to verify your PayPal account).

Well I to used a debit card but had $10.00 in it. they deposited a few cents in the account twice and had me email them and tell them how much they put in! I did and I was verified! tdemex

I used my debit card because I do not have a credit card and I had no problems. Paypal only makes two small payments just to make sure the card is active and if it is in fact really yours. Is there anyway posible you can add a little money to it so Paypal can verify it.
