I prefer using firefox over IE since it's proven to be much safer and faster. The template of it also looks cooler than IE's. The icon also looks cooler so yeah, that's pretty much it haha.

I love both of these browsers. However, Internet Explorer is my favorite. By no means is Firefox a slacker. First of all, most of the things that I do online require IE. At the same time, Firefox can be a lifesaver. There are times when I need to get to certain sites or check email and Firefox is there for me. Then, there are some of the gaming sites. There are times that I would use IE and the page would take an hour to load, if it ever did. In Firefox, it would take 5 to ten minutes. Since I am on a dial-up connection, there are some things I would rather do in Firefox. I am less prone to errors and frozen screens, as well as disappearing windows when I use Firefox. Overall both browsers are great. I just had to learn what I needed to do in each browser to get the most out of it.

I use Firefox. It's the best I love it. I only use IE when I HAVE to. And I like the fact that you can save or restore your tabs with FF. You can customize the look of it and etc.

I prefer Firefox and use it where possible. However, some (online) tools that we use at work only function on IE, so I have to switch to the dark side occasionally. I'm not sure which is more secure. I'd guess at IE, but then, as with all M$ products, viruses tend to be written for it, rather than its open-source rivals! Firefox is infinitely more customisable, has a better interface, more features, etc. Hence my reasons for using it!

firefox all the way. even though sometimes I have to reinstall it, with a few tweeks- its way faster and more secure than IE. firefox combined with comodo firewall, makes my computer pretty secure against outside attacks.
