This bad habit influence my performance quality. I hope I can change this.. honestly, I have a lot of ideas if the work gets nears to the deadline. But, then I regret the result because I do some mistakes..What should I do?

I used to have the exact same habit that you do. Now, however, I don't. The way that I changed it was that I started making myself believe that the deadlines were earlier than the actual deadlines were. Meaning, if the deadline for something was noon on Friday, I would keep thinking to myself that the deadline was in fact eleven on Friday. Then when I got good at that I would back it down another hour and then another hour. That way I would get the work done in a more timely manner, but when it was coming close to the deadline that I had in my head and I wasn't getting the work done I would also know that I really did not have to stress about getting it done because I did in fact have more time.

Dont bother this much. I also had the same habit. But once i was caught badly, as the submission date suddenly scheduled early. From then onward i am careful. Try to leave this, it will not help youm much. Thank you.
