What do you do during work break time?

This year, I started something different during my breaks. Somedays, I would just drive around. If I didn't have meetings, or if my boss is not around, I would leave like 15 minutes before my break, and come back 15 minutes after. I would then have like an hour just driving around. Sometimes I'd go to a mall and just walk around, window shop. Helps me clear my mind.

When I take my break here at home, I have my lunch and then some times, I get right back on my computer, while I am having my luch break, I want to make sure I get a lot of work done, here online and the only way, I can do that is be here on my computer to get it done.

During work breaks, we usually goes to the cafeteria for some snacks and have a pep talk with my colleagues. Its the best time for information exchange about the work, families, current events, personal experiences and the like. I do not take a nap while in work (whether on a breaktime), as it would ruin my entire day as I would fell sleepy.

during break time usually in lunch time we eat altogether in just one table,and we will stay in the pantry room for an hour to spend our one hour break time,and when we have 15 minutes break in the afternoon we usually go to the parking area and standby for 15 minutes.
