i am working in a firm whrein only direct hired employee has the priveledge to get the corporate uniform. since i am just a contructual, and was just supplied by my mother company, i want to have a complete uniforn as same as the direct employees. i already had a talk with the uniform issuer but he told me it is not possible since i am only a mere supplied employee. the fact that i am working in the office with my direct hired colleagues i have a feeling that i am just downsized at times. i made a second call with the issuer and his answer is still the same but this time he told me that if my superintendent will agree, he could issue one for me. my problem is i do not know how to make a formal request letter that i may not be offended. pls can anyone help me. thank you so much...
