we use articles in english, now days I am also read them but littele mistake I found some countries names before use the but some are not so pls writte me what is reason about that

I am not sure I understood you well, but are you comparing something like 'The Netherlands',which has an article against 'Germany', which does not have?

where we find some plural name we use The and where singular we not use the like The phlipines, comparison India

Its more or less like that.But keep in mind that a country's name depends on its history and composition. E.g.The United Kingdom... The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.
