Should I drive my Acura With Engine Light On?

Anyone knows what can cause my Aucra engine light to just come on? I was driving and it came on all of a sudden. I checked all fluids and everthing seems fine. I have been driving it for several months with the light on. I hope it doesn't create a bigger problem.

have u checked your ECU? maybe there are some loose wires at the socket..

if this doesn't be of any help, you should go to the pros..
p/s: does your vtec engage normally??

One thing that could be causing the light to come on is that you are over due for an oil change. Another could be as simple as checking to make sure you gas cap is tight. It could also be something important. Sadly the only sure way to tell is to get it checked. It could have an evap code, something as silly as a tiny peice of carbon on a connection. Good luck.
