do you find time in this hectic way of life to exercise. How many times a week and at what time during the day. do I not find time or am I too lazy?

for me, even i'm busy i still find way to burn some calories, if you have discipline and motivated you'll find ways to have simple exercises, if you just want to lose those fat or maintain you weight while you are busy, try upon waking up (empty stomach) stationary jog 10-15 min., or step staircase...lastly watch your diet..have a nice day!

I go for a run and get exercise usually before dinner or sometime in the evening. I find that the weather is generally cooler and that it is a great time to work out.

Well since I have a business with my husband I can pretty much take off when I want to, but I prefer exercising before I come to work. I'm never lazy and am very committed to my workouts because I admit to being a vain person, that likes to maintain my body for myself and for my husband. All the women in my family are tall and lean and despite the fact that they've had several kids. I like being able to wear whatever I like so I make sure put in the time to exercise. I would say that I have a pretty good body but am always trying to improve it. Anyway, I work out about 6x/week for an hour. No I don't always feel like it, but I force myself anyway and once I'm done I feel pretty good.

I think even getting up and going for a 10 minute run before work is good enough in my book. I don't think it has to be a long, strenuous workout for it to "count". I work out.. probably ONCE a week. I don't have a gym membership, but I usually get together with one of my buds and go to their college fitness center, which works just as well. We usually just workout for an hour and a half or so depending on how much energy we have that day. . I personally have 2 part-time jobs and go to school full-time, so it's almost IMPOSSIBLE to find the time to work out except on sundays, when I don't do anything. LOL. So I understand how you feel about being too busy to find the time to exercise. But then again, as I mentioned, I think anything is better than nothing.
