I have been on a diet for a long time. I go to Weight Watchers, the alternative one in south Australia. I tried counting calaries and kilojoules, that didnt work very well. Two months I started counting Fat Grams; it worked. Slowly. Im loosing on average about 0.35 grams per week. I would like to increase my loss to 0.5 grams. Im allowed 30grams per day of Fat. Some days this is okay, I can think of suitable meals. I would really like some more recipes that are low fat. Its no good cooking recipes that have 15 to 20 grams of fat, as I would be half way to my limit with just one meal. More likely recipes with 10 grams of Fat or less would be great.Im wanting breakfast, lunch and main meal recipes. Bear in mind that for breakfast, I dont eat cereal.. Can My Lotters help me out here? Thanks.

What I do is to eat All bran cereal for breakfast. You could try no yolk omelets, that is just make them using the white of eggs and adding vegetables such as green peppers, vegetables, etc. Cook it in a non stick pan. I was also wondering if you get Prevention Magazine down there. I know that once in a while, they come up with diet recipes. you could also try this site: http://lowfatcooking.about.com/od/mealplanning/a/healthymeals.htm Also you could try a little substitution, like no fat yogurt instead of the 2 percent kind, skim instead of 2 percent or 1 percent milk. Also you do need a little fat or else you will develop a craving so be careful.
