What do you think about the law? Do you think that the law is necessary? In political work, our teacher told us that only legal society is the civilized society! And the reason why we need the law is that the human nature is bad! But I don't think so! If it's ture, how about our barbers? Do you dare to have your hair cut? I think the civilized society is action through inaction, just as the nature, there were no laws before the human born! But by now, What has the "law" done? I think the action through inaction is the great wisdom of nature that we human should learn!

Hey. I think ancient people in China like Confucius and Mencius believe that human nature is kind. I personally don't fully believe that cuz it's too ideal although I have to admit that some good moral characters do exist in human nature. Morality is not effective to rule...Law is still needed in the society limit human's behavior...Maybe someday in the future farrrrrrr from now, there exist a country without law and perhaps that's the Utopia. lol I guess I'm looking forward to that...

Ha ha! I think the education will play a key role in the "utopia". Of course, it need the economic foundation, it's hard to believe that if everyone no need to worry about their basic necessities of life, there are some people want to commit crimes!

Law is necessary to keep the society in order. If there is no law there will prevail jungle rule. Anybody can do any thing. There will be no security in the society. So we can't think of a society without law.

Ha! Do you think the reason why someone commit crimes, maybe we need the "law" of our mind, if there have no guilty knowledge, where do the crimes come from?
