What is the best way to get a guys attention?

i think every guy is different, but i think one fo the best way is by staring at them, and then quickly turn away when they look at you .. usually if they are with friends, one of their friends will tell them.. "hey that girl is checking you out" etc..

look at him...there are special things you can do with your eyes to get their attention, but its hard to explain..and doesnt work on everyone. also, smiling at them works really well!
