how to win an argument?

it is frustrating to get into an arguement and argue the way you would like.that's goes double when you feel like you have the better argument or you know you're right,but the person on the other side of the debate simply has better debating skills.as a leader,how will you going to win an argument?

There's no better of way of winning an argument by backing up some facts, information, or evidences to what you're standing for. It's the best thing you should do or should have. The knowledge of everything regarding your stand. Confidence just come around if you've got knowledge to defend your side.
