will you care about your children and leave your property to them before your death?
or donate it to some organization or some fundation?
or some other ways?

I will not have children because I cannot have them and don't want them anyways, so there will be no children. I also have no family, so I'll leave whatever money is left to my best friend and maybe some items too, what he wants, he can take it. Whatever is left I wish it goes to the Samaritans because they helped me so much in the years and maybe when I leave I can help them too.

I thought about that in one of my idle moments. I always consider it a better and right thing to leave properties to my children. I am thinking of executing a last will and testament for them. I need to put things in order so that my children would not have time to "disagree" among themselves on who gets what. I know division of properties is always a case of sibling "war". I need to leave things smoothly for them.
