Students workers!

At the college I work for I work with alot of students. Some are from other countries like China,Malawi,Haiti,and Korea. I also work with students from around the states. Some students are hard working and take directions with no problem! Some are lousey workers,don't speak english very well and like to not show up for work! Lately some of the international students are the worest workers! They either don't understand english or do but act like they don't! It has gotten so bad lately so have been fired or will be! I never witness or worked with so many students that are pulling so much crap in such a short time! Yes it does happen alot but never like this before! It is nuts! the supervisors are sick of it to! I just hope we can find some good students that are willing to work and work hard! I have some like that but i wish they all were!
