Mental Alertness

I agree that once we have enough sleep the brighter our mood and the more mentally alert we become. Sleeping replenishes our energy and allow us to approach the days with anticipation. I completely sleep 8 hours a night, i have 15 minutes nap during the day. it helps me feel good. so if you are in bad mood, try sleeping. then see the result after wards. anyone can agree or disagree, you are free to comment, suggest or react...

Hi alexysabelle! i agree with you. i am a person who lacks sleep everyday. When i arrive home from the office i have to clean the house and prepare supper for me and my daughter, sometimes i still have to help her in her homeworks. So i am able to sleep at 10. then in the morning i have to wake up at 3 or 3:30 because i have to prepare beakfast, and packlunch for me and my daughter. So my sleep is only about 5 hours a night. I am not used to have 5 hours of sleep only. I usually sleep for 7 to 8 hours to keep me alert the whole day. I really hate being sleepy in the office. I could not finish the work i have to finish in one day.
