I knew most of us one way or another have experience major and small failures. some of these failures we are stuck on it some we tried to move on. My questions is how can you convince yourself to move and try it again? I have failed my major board exam and I am trying to re tune my life to take it again. I feel so bad that I fail. But to take it again seems to be a difficult process. I am now in the process of discernment. How about you my fellow mylotters, how do you condition yourself to move again after a failure?

Wel, unfortunately we will all experience some type of failure in our life. It could be Job Loss, Divorce, having to quit a job due to Health, etc. But what is definately important is how you overcome that situation as in how you choose to deal with it for sure. I think overall the Best thing to do is to examine what just happened and learn from it. Find ways to motivate yourself to look for a New job, change your situation and move on. If you are a Praying person saying some Prayers never hurts either, as then you are asking for help in this situation as well. But the main thing is do not let it get you down. It is time to pick yourself up and do something about it. In turn you could turn all of this into a Blessing in discuise to where you end up finding a better job, etc. and you will be Glad that things do always happen for a reason.

Hello KrauseHome, Thank you for the words of encouragement. I might take again my bar exam. I would have see things at a proper perspective so I can make it. I read it in one book that that says "there are no mistakes in life, things do happen for everything has an order and it meant to happen". My failure may hurt in my inner sense of worth but also bring out something good. Prayers is I agree a much in every struggles. I am starting to re condition my whole system to start the phase of my review. I hope the entire universe will conspire with me. God bless..

Make your failure a positive one by making it a a lessons learned. Okay, you failed on the board exams, but you also learned how to go though the test. What are the types of questions, how difficult are them, what it fells like when taking it. These are the things you already learned when you take it. Failing is only one part of it. And if you want to take another chance, then you already knew the type of questions and adjust your reviewing method. If you are very nervous during the exam, then you can try other methods to stay calm and focused. Other negative feelings that you can turn into positive one are possible.

I find this very hard at times! I'm presently studying and the course I'm on at the moment, I'm finding it very hard! There have been times when I have been thinking that I want to quit! I haven't so far though and I'm continuing to push forward with things. The fact that you have failed your exams three times and you have still not quit, this tells me that you are a tryer and that's good. I try to remain positive and hope that I can create a better future for myself but my thoughts tend to run wild at times! I love listening to positive thinking tapes and also reading positive books, these help me to get my thinking right as it were. Well, no one knows what is around the corner. Good luck with your efforts. Andrew

Hello jenzai this is checkmail and me too am mostly sucessfull because of my earlier failure. But not possibly require an failure for an sucess.Yeah me too got low grades, failure etc in exams but came back strong and won it with sucess. In real life too nothing is much impossible, but only there are certain limits to it as well as techniques.Mostly the techniques are learnt after a failure, for the proper sucess.Well everybody has got their own technique and style to do works, etc.Accordign to me don't give up easily anything, keep it up, wish you luck.

It would be quite difficult to start a new career when you have invested so much time and effort in one endeavor. So, it might end up that you have an unfinished business. But i will take your advice try traveling for a moment and think things out.
