Eversince Monday, I have this itch on my nape and on my scalp, I din't mind checking it out, I thought it was just because of the heat. But when I looked at it on the mirror, it is very red, and was spreading towards my neck. I went to the clinic and got Alerta. I don't know why it appeared, and I don't know what I'm allergic of.

I do have some things that bother me beside the normal sinsus issues. I am allergic to the Soap Powder that has the fabric softner in it. Which is very strange to me. I always put liquid fabric softner in my clothes, so to be allergic to it when it is in the detergent is weird.
I broke out with little red spots over most of my body and they did itch too.

I have a weird allergy - Pineapple. My family thinks I am making it up, but Im not. It makes my tongue swell a bit and I can't taste anything for awhile. There are some sour candies that do the same thing to me, like Warheads and sour skittles. Its crazy but not too much of a hardship - unless people serve hawaiian punch. lol

I think its fish too, been having tuna and salmon the past few days, my mother said they were easy to cook and she is busy haha. Its my mother's fault, that is my conclusion haha, just kidding. I don't know if Alert is locally produced in the Philippines, it has commercials, but I'm not really sure.
