The most suprised thing in NBA new season

What suprise you most? Kobe? LBJ? Shaq? No. To me the most suprised thing is Rockets. It's hard to believe what they did. Yes. 7 wins and 5 losts is not a lead record. But what happened is that they lost two stars at the same time. There is no one star in the team right now. I'm not suprise if they lost 7 and win 5 but now it's reversed. It's hard to believe a team like this is getting this high. Let's wait to see what will happen next.

You couldn't be more right. I mean what team could do what Rockets have done without their superstars. I mean I remember when Shaq left LA, the Lakers where devastated, they didn't make it to the playoffs and even the Clippers had better record than them. Bottom line the rockets have done an acceptable season to date. Soon T-Mac will come back. With Ariza and T-mac together I think they've got chances to compete for a place in the playoffs.

tmac has been like injured forever.. its been a long time since his last game.. i think the rockets should just give him up.. just find another superstar who can work well with Yao..

Three stars counting Artest. I'm only surprised about the Iverson situation. I knew he wouldn't be okay with coming off the bench, but I'm downright shocked that he signed a contract with the Grizzlies. He should have gone to Charlotte. Larry Brown would have had no problem with starting the gut. He'd share minutes I think, be he would still start.Brown is still in the rebuilding process, and I don't think the Bobcats will be anything special this year anyway. Everything else I saw coming. LeBron hurting his wrist with an over the top duck, Shaw leaving the Suns, and them going back to being great and fast paced. That rookie who played in Europe, when came to the NBA getting 55 points in a game. All of that stuff was so obvious to me.

I agree with you 100%.I am from china,i love YaoMing and Rockets very much.I do not care how many games they won or lost.I care about what can the team give us during the game.Yeah, you know,I mean the passion, the energy, and never give up.We all know that if you want to win the game only with 300million ,but your enermy have 600 million, you must do something different, something amazing, something fantastic and something powerful. And what should i say? They made it . Iam proud of them.thank you.

well look at it this way, everyone is stepping up with the absence of TMAC and YAO. and of course all them players want a shot at stardom. so they need to step it up bigtime to be recognized by scouts and most importantly by their coach. and if tmac and yao come back then there will be less playing time for players who havent stepped it up. so they all have to work double since they have no legitimate star.
