Bulgarian cooking? Meat maybe?

Hey, here I came across pictures of typical Bulgarian dishes, they look GREAT!! I definitely need to try some, but I don't know from where to start because I don't eat any kind of grain (no wheat, pasta, rice, none of that) and potatoes. So maybe there's some meat or vegs recipe I could try? I'm really curious to try Bulgarian cooking because it looks so yummy! Can anyone suggest some dish names? Then I can look that up online.
