i have Jimms 4-in-one coffee and sweet potato as my breakfast. I'll take fish with tomato glazed with Mayo as my prepared lunch. Dinner? Hmnnn i think i'll have Quaker oats tonight with milk and a banana of course. sounds enough for a diet POCKET! oh forgot, i have banana for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well - it helps keep the doctor away.

Hi, alex. Your meal sounds very yummy indeed. I have never heard of Jimms 4-in-one before. It sounds interesting. Eating breakfast in the morning is the great way to go. It keeps you full and energized. It also helps you maintain your body weight. Keep up the good work!!

that sounds yummmy.... i like fruits, any kind, they are my favorite.
i also have my cereals as my dinner lately. it helps reduce my weight.

It looks like you eat very healthy, I am not sure what 4 in one coffee is but all the rest sounds good, I have been trying to eat the healthy things of late as I have really been naughty and have had a lot of junk food in the past...might take some tips from you..
