What groups do you like best, google or yahoo and why?

I have started with google and the potential of being great is there. Yahoo is terrible I hate yahoo groups. They will delete your groups with no reason and when you enquire you get pat little form letters. They are very unfriendly and unresponsive and uncarring about their group owners. They are impossible to contact. what do you think?
