Spoiler/Hidden Idol

Hello Grandpa Bob, I agree that Russell is by far the smartest player so far in the game since my husband and I have started watching. At first we didn't really care for him because of his "cocky" attitude but now he has grown on us and if I were to choose I would say i would want him to win out of the rest of the players left, I would also have to say that he has definitely played the game more that any of the other players..

Hoorah! Im seeing some discussions from you Bob. We havent had Survivor on TV for quite a while here, which was very disappointing. My daughter & loved it. However, recently they have started adfvertising it again. Its the Samoa Survivor they are going to show here. Is it Somoa you are seeing?

Hes smart alright.....a smartass. I think he is a cocky jerk who will go down he will not win. He will at some point find himself thinking he is safe and boom he will be gone.

Hi Grandpa Bob I"m glad to hear that someone else watches this show as well. At first I wasn't sure if I liked him. The more that I watch the more that he grows on me. He is a very good player and has that ability to find things. I couldn't believe that he found it again. Another thing was the end of the show. I was tickled that Laura was voted off. It was a blindside to her. She wasnt expecting it to go that way at all. It is really getting interesting now. Keep Smiling.

Bob, From the start, I did not really like this Russell character as he went about the game with his misdemeanors and cocky off the scenes. However, as the series went on, he is becoming a necessary devil's advocate especially when the 2 tribes merged and the former Galu letting their ego rule over their heads. His astute knack understanding of his environment, people, keen initiative and industrious doing is really making him a gritty player. I just could not help changing my views about him as he is really becoming a TRUE SURVIVOR in this series. This is by far the most exciting Survivor series.

Russell certainly deserves to win this game! He is playing by the rules.. outwit, outplay.... hopefully he will outlast! He searches for the clues instead of arguing and griping about alliances. And what a bunch of whimps when they were all looking for the idol and they followed Russell! Go find it yourself! But he located it, ran the group into dissiness and hten went back and got it and they didn't even know! He most certainly has played this game better than any player in quite some time of seasons! At least the bickering isn't so prevelent this season. But they are all playing solely by alliances.. no one likes Russ much, but he is still there! He so deserves to win!

First of all, far as what happened last night: hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha Can you tell I don't like Laura much either? Anyway, it is amazing to me that Russell has found 3 idols in a row. Remember a few seasons ago when somebody (forgetting her name) went from island to island to island, but never found it? Or the guy in Africa, the lawyer, who couldn't find it either? Although... I have to wonder if they could have done a better job of hiding it. Russell's absolutely one of the smartest players I've ever seen. Maybe the smartest. But he is going to have a HUGE target on his back and I really wonder how he is going to deflect that.

I have to give it to Russel for sure!!! I could not stand this guy from the first episode....just looking at him made my skin crawl....just something about him...and i wanted him out the first week soooo bad!! There is still something about him....he just doesnt seem like the nicest person.... But i have got to give this guy credit!!! He is definitely playing the best game of anyone so far in any season... 3 idols...can you even believe that....he is definitely SMART...you gotta give him that.... Even though i dont like him much i am now rooting for him to win this thing...i definitely think he deserves to win over anyone else there now.... I think he definitly has a shot now too...should be pretty much smooth sailing now that he has the numbers on his side....if he can keep it that way anyway...who knows what this fickle bunch will do one week to the next?

I think Russ if very smart and clever of how he is going about to play this game. I know he dose not need the money but I hope he makes it to the finals. He keeps the game going and keeps it alive.

I think Russ is fantastic, and would love to see him win, or at least in the final four. Unfortunately, he is not that great in winning challenges, so to make it that far will have to be based on hope and a prayer. I was thrilled to see Laura out, and the fact that they don't know that Russ has the immunity idol again. This season gets better and better every week.
