does it mean i'm banned?

i am trying to access hybux.com today and the browser says 'Error 403 Forbidden'. does it mean i'm being banned by hybux? i'm halfway payout and i feel cheated. do you think they've banned me or is it just a browser error on my part or some glitch?

no you are not banned.Just delete your browser cache and history completely or try after sometime.I am sure you are not banned.If you are banned they will show the message directly.
