do you consider your self a heathy eater, or a not so heathy one. I admit I try but I don't have a healthy died. I need more fruits and vegeetables in my diet, but cooked veggies make me gag.

I never consider myself a healthy eater. I love starchy, sweet food with dozens of artificial flavors and preservatives. Who cares? At least i ate everything I like while I'm still alive. They say the best things are usually the forbidden ones.

I try to have a healthy diet but it doesn't work as well as I I would like. i try to have whole grains and fresh fruits and vegetables every day. I also try to watch the salt and sugar in canned foods. Maybe your gagging on the cooked vegetables because they are over cooked. Try frozen instead of canned and only cook them until they are tender crisp..

I am not a healthy eater at all. I do try to keep fruits and vegetables in my diet however. I don't think I'm a complete bad eater though. I always have some type o vegetable with my dinner. My husband is always wondering why I'm always pushing some type of vegetable into our dinner. He don't mind cause he really eats just about anything. And if we don't have vegetables left, I usually drink V8 Splash, cause I can't do the tomato one. It's actually pretty good and they have different flavor splash, so it works out for me and my husband.

a lot of people r like u & i am one of them. i am not a healthy eater either. it is so hard to change ur eating habits. i have always battled with my weight. now, i have been diaganosed with diabetes & other things, & need to get back to the drawing board. i do good for a while, then i don't. like i heard the other day on dr. oz, food is something we all have to have to live. i need to learn how to eat to live instead of living to eat. when i grew up food was a major thing in our family. my mother made homemade pies, cookies, bread & all other kinds of food. we didn't have a microwave. we lived off of a garden. can u imagine that? my, my, how things have changed. there r drinks now with fruit & vegetables in it, try that. i think i am going to do that.

Definetly, I need a more balanced diet. I have never been a good eater though and old habits are hard to break.

I am far from heatlhy! I don't eat fruits, I don't eat vegetables. I eat too much meat, I eat too much carbo, I eat too much salty foods, I just eat too much. I also drink too much. The sad thing is I don't exercise. I know I should start getting healthy, and exercising. I just don't have time for it right now.

Hi, I consider myself a healthy eater. Every morning one glass cold milk, one apple and 2-3 nuts this is my breakfast. In lunch, two Roti, one green vegetable, some gravy, some curd and rice. I prefer to take light dinner. friuit salad, rice and one cup milk. Beside this, non-veg like chicken or eggs once week. I am healthy and always maintaining safe diatance from doctor.

yes, i always watch out what food i have to eat or not. im very careful when it comes to eating habit because i might suffer when the things i usually eat brings not good to my body. we have only one body and we should take care of it. delicious foods and junk foods that taste good and it end up just fo a while but the agony of pain that causes the wrong eating habit will last forever.
