I have a vague idea about yoga, because it's not something people do in Eastern Europe. Of course that it got here - you can see posters on electric poles on the street, but not many people join yoga classes.

If you do have the time and the money for that, I would recommend trying it out as it is a great way to wind up after a hectic day. Cheers! Ram

Yeah i know yoga is the best for all parts of the body. It not only body but also for mind too. I practice the the basic form of yoga that is the pranayama - the breathing exercise. for the free flow of air and blood circulation. Being born in Indian every man and woman should know yoga. Foreigners like American and Germans etc. are pirating these yoga practices from India and getting patent in their country, but here in India we use medicines produced there for diseases that are easily curable by practicing yoga.

Yes, Pranayam is usually enough for the day to day stress relieving. These days in Chennai Yoga is mandatory in almost all schools. Cheers! Ram

Yes, it is relaxing and also does not take too much time. 30 minutes of Yoga is good enough to keep you fresh for the rest of the day. Cheers! Ram

I do not know who taught you Yoga 10 years back, but if it was weird, some weirdo must have taught you. Actually it is simple and straight forward like aerobics which should be fairly easy. Cheers! Ram
