Saw Ray Davies on the Letteman show. He was promoting his new album the Ray Davies Collection which is mostly Kinks songs backed by the Crouch End Festival Chorus. He did Ypu Really Got Me with the chorus behind him. It was a little different but strangly good.

I saw Ray Davies on Letterman also. It was a great and different version of You Really Got Me with the Dessoff Choir. Bill Shanley, the lead guitarist was great, as was the lively drummer, who was almost Keith Moon-like. I heard a streaming version of the CD and it was fantastic. They should put out Picture Book as a single. i'l be buying the CD, probably from Amazon.
