Don't put off joy and happiness.

To so many people,goal setting means that only someday,after they have achieved something great,will they be able to enjoy life.There is a huge difference between achieving to be happy and happily achieving.I would like to say,don't put off joy and happiness,of course reach big goal will be the most happiness,and It maybe means you have done something great,but do you think,it's hard and need wait for a long time,so let joy and happiness with you all the time.

You are right. Joy and happiness should be part of everyone's life on a regular basis, whether in work, play, love, or worship. Even the worst days hold a blessing.

Sometimes in life, emotions are very stressful to deal with besides other life problems. :D
