Are You Superstitious Enough?

I have neighbors in the province(they are also a distant relative) who were practically deprived of the chance to get a health and happy life. Why? Because from their great grandfolks up to the last generation, they've been relying to superstitions. When one of them gets sick, they wouldn't send that person to the doctor but to a faithhealer. They wouldn't attend a family party because one of them happened to see a black cat crossing their path.Or wouldn't trim the tree even if its leaves are rotting their roof because of the belief that if they do, something bad may happen to their family. Do you really believe in superstitions?

Hi eureka ! As far as I am concerned I am not superstitious. I don't mind if a cat crosses my path. I believe in reasoning and logic and I go by that. Superstitions could sometimes be very harmful or dangerous.

Hello, Hazelrose. :-) I am also a christian and I don't believe in any superstitions. I find it weird and totally contradictory to what the Bible says. You are right there, my friend. Thanks.:-)

It is all up to the person, indeed, Johnjeff. I really don't believe them. However, it is a good topic for horror or suspense movies.LOL
