Does anyone here know of any good stites that could explain Condos to me. Or even tell if they allow pets, thats the big questiion the pets thing.

Hi, kitten!
To rent or to buy? Of course the answer to rent or to buy? Of course the answer to on your personal situation. As with any major life decision, the options are weighed with several advantages and disadvantages on both sides. Both renting and buying have their pros and cons.
As a renter, there is no way to build equity from your brother's place of residence. The money he pay every month goes to the landlord and when all is said and done, he got nothing to show for the thousands of dollars he spend every year on accommodations. When he own the property, the money he pay each month goes toward the mortgage balance and as that amount decreases his available cash equity increases. Plus, if the value of his condo or home goes up over time your line of credit against the property will also rise, giving him a solid source of funds for future investments.
Pets are allowed in condo but you have to make sure it's within your area and it won't disturb the other condo owners. limitations is always there.

hi there!..condos is a type of dwelling ownership (larger, a bit more separated), usually where you own the space in a particular unit and share of the entire building complex, and it is more luxury and more minities while apartment is a division of a multi-unit dwelling (a few rooms, definitely attached to others)
