How can you describe yourself at age 88?

The founder of my previous company celebrated his 88th birthday this year. During the celebration, I was amazed to see him come up the stage without the aid of a walking stick or assistance from other people. He also launched his biography during the event. I was surprised to read his plans within the next 10 years. For him, it's just a matter of when do you intend to die. According to him, his secret for long life is that he continues to communicate with different types of people, especially the young ones. He reads newspapers and books every single day. He sleeps for only 3 to 4 hours a day. He has no idle time. He works even when travelling. Yes, he still travels a lot due to various meetings and speaking engagements around the globe. Watching him on stage makes me wonder if I could reach that age. How do I look and act by then? Hmmm, I might still be alive at age 88 if I discipline myself to live a healthy and happy life. I hope I could be like him - still active, healthy, and most importantly - still a productive citizen of the country/world at age 88. How about you myLotters, can you describe yourself at age 88?
