Should Marijuana be legal?

I personally don't smoke but i am all for legalization. In my expierences I would much rather be around pot heads then drunks. They seemmellow and funny not arrogant and hateful. I think if our goverment would legalize this and sellit in stores our criminal system would go way down. Put the dealers out of business. Think about it would you take a chance going to a dealer or simply go to the store and buy a pack? I don't believe all the things they say is harmful about this. I believe alcohol, cigs are much more dangerous and there legal. I have grown tobacco for years and know the chemicals we put on them before the big companies even buy it at auction. So there's my plight Legal or not?
