Lol! The application is called Paypal Wishlist. You can earn $1 if you sign up to it and will get $1 for every friend you refer

i think its not, how could you say its a scam since it is link with the paypal itself.
what i can say is that its to long wait since you can just recieve that payment nextyear february 2010
