No good discussion in Mylot for the last few weeks.

Friends, of late, that is for the last two weeks, I am not able to see a good number of Interesting discussions. The standard of discussions are slowly and steadily going down hill, particularly in the internet and computer forums, there has been a steady stream of repeated discussions started by different members, e.g. What is the best browser, or what is best mobile phone you will chooses. I am sick and tired of responding to these kind of discussions. There has been a lot of new members, but nobody seems to have come here for fun or for information. Most of them have come to make easy money. When they find that they cannot make easy money, these kind of members, just disappear for good.Of late, even though I am spending quality time in mylot, my interest is going down. Is it the same for you or am I the only person who is feeling this way.

We all have different tastes I guess. I have no problem finding discussions that suit me and indeed never get round to responding on as many as I would like to due to lack of time. I guess that what suits you does not suit me 
What makes an interesting discussion and what decides whether a discussion is/was interesting or not anyway?
I suggest that if there are certain users who, in your opinion, do start discussions to your liking then, on the days when you cannot find anything, you go to their profiles and open up their older discussions. An old discussion is never 'too old' and I'm sure you will find something that you missed

Thanks for the response Diana. The fact is I was only doing that, i.e, finding out some old discussions, which were interesting, and responding. One of the discussion was about six months old, if I am right.

I think now days a lot of people just come to mylot, for the tasks, and not for the discussions. This should also be one of the reasons for the boring discussions.

Do you like controversial discussions? Or imaginitive ones? I have both. You have to look through them, because sometimes I'm just looking for real advice from real people, but I try to start discussions that engage people's passions and imagination!

I guess find your favorite MyLotters that realy try. If they aren't launching enough discussions for you, maybe send them a PM or leave a comment asking for some imaginative discussions to be a part of.
I sure try to not be boring and I don't answer boring discussions. That's just silliness and a waste of time.

Thanks for the response bearballew. You have hit the nail right on the spot. This is the kind of discussions which I hate.Of course I am not telling that one must not start such sort of discussions, but the problem is when one is started, there is a flurry of same kind of discussions, in different words.

Yup, have felt like that for awhile....thoughtless, simple nonsense discussions seem to get the popularity vote in here...oh, well!

You are not alone, I feel the same way too for a while there are no interesting discussions and lots of repetitions. I hope things can improve if not my lot would become a bore.

Yeah, old timers must have numerous down lines that they already stop responding or making discussions here. I only see a handful of old timers here, and instead swarmed by newbies. For good discussions, its getting lower and lower. I hardly make 20 responses a day and had to look harder to find a better discussion treads that worth responding. I'm also afraid that poor discussions (just to get earn) might be deleted by the mods and end me up of deduction to my earnings.

just kidding...but i to dont like repetition of discussions too much..its interesting when u find something new to respond...beside repetition there are many one line discussions....which dont have any sense...but when u dont have anything to do, then it feels like someone is forcing us to write something..i try to skip some one line discussions....

Thanks for the response eshaan. You are right, I am not able to understand some of the one line discussions, and on top of that, some members English is so bad, that you have to read the discussion two to three times to understand it.

I think people are tired of posting and posting.They out of interesting stories.I also post very rare here.I come here only when i need advice from other peoples.Otherwise not.I think if mylot increase there rates of paying.Then people will get interested again.

Yes i agree with you that I havent been finding the kind of quality posts that I used to find .Once there was a flurry of interesting discussion but now I keep seeing repeated discussion ,to the truth if i didnt have a target that I was working toward a target I would probably be gone because my interest is once again waning

Yes, I must agree that for the past weeks, it seems no interesting discussions are being posted here in mylot. But there are still few who enticed me to response because they are pretty good to discuss, so I post my responses to some of them. For the past weeks also I was tired to post my own topics that I think I just posted four discussions in 12 days, very poor performance of mine.

Hello rameshkumaar57 this is checkmail and don't think there weren't any good discusisons on Mylot.Yeah thetre have been constant going on of good discussion after some break over here at Mylot.The reason for the delay might be the job or other offline work, but still our friends do post some really ineresting.Else nobody would have been working on Mylot for more than one payout.

You are right. These past two weeks I have noticed that, too. It is such a slow time for me. All I did was browse, read and choose what topics catch my attention and interest me. There may be some that I responded but it really took time for me to get to choose them. There are repetitive discussions and it is already boring to answer them and who would like to do that when later, your comments will also be deleted.

I can't agree with you anymore and I guess many friends hare have found it difficult for them to find a high-quality discussion here. With the development of myLot, it seems that there are more and more repeated discussions started by different members, which have a side effect on our interests in myLot.
For example, these days, a discussion about "started by different members" has been posted for many times, which is really boring and I have no interests in it. In my eyes, perhaps it is time for myLot to take some necessary meatures to delete these useless discussions.
myLot is a platform full of high-quality concents. But if here are filled with repeated concents, I guess more and more people may lose insterests in staying here gradually.

looks like i am not alone.even tho i am new here i keep finding pages after pages for a good discussion.i like to respond to topics which interest me but cause i am not a regular i often miss some and respond some.some topics are so kiddish that if i ask my younger sister she'll give better answers.

Hi Ramesh,
What you say is very true indeed and I too feel very frustrated on particular days…I’d go on scrolling page after page and see thru all my interests and friends, but I get nothing worthwhile to reply to…only a handful. I think two factors are responsible for this: firstly, a lot of old members have left or are not very regular here. These old members understood the character of mylot and we also came to know a lot of them about their personal lives and likes and dislikes, so responding to them was easier and interesting.
Secondly, we are all humans Ramesh i.e. we all share the same set of problems and anxieties and excitements and pros and cons so its but natural that so many discussions and topics get repeated, even if the poster does not intend to copy other’s discussions.

Thanks for the response sudipta. In fact the last few days have been real frustating, I always go to the home page, and look at the recent or hot discussions and try to answer them, but to no use. You are quite right, that a lot of old members have left and even the few are not very regular. If the same trend continues, even I may not be very regular.

Hi ramesh, you missed my fascinating and interesting discussion this weekend on how to get more your coffee, ice cream and pizza toppings discussions to remain up there without being deleted. Presumably if these browser and mobile ones are repetitive too they'll soon start getting deleted too. Rise to the challenge I put in my discussion and make an interesting and fasciating discussion on mobiles, coffee or ice cream which will catch the eye with its originality.

sorry thea, I do not know how I have missed this particular discussion. The point is I always check up on what my friends have posted, and some how, I think I have missed this wonderful discussion. Coffee, Ice cream and pizza, all three are my favorites. This particular sunday, I was little busy with my other work, I think that is the reason I have missed this.
Well let us make it up in the next discussion.I am not available for the next two days, and after that again I may not be available for a couple of days. So from this week end, we will have some interesting discussions.
