Hello again mylotters! Hopefully you laides and gents are all well, as for me and my life I am doing just find. This discussion I have chosen to write about is cherished time and or memories with a good friend! Okay so right now where I am at in my life is on the verge of turning 18 in two days, so I am doing a lot oflooking back on my life. One of my many cherished memories with a friend was when i was in the fifth grade! I remember as if it was yesterday, I was turning 11 years olds and to me it was a huge year and birthday becasue it was the last year of elementary school for me! Next year I would be in the 6th grade but once again at the bottom of the food chain with the newly gained point in time. Anyways my mom never really allowed me to have sleep oversand invite friends over. If it ever was going to be a sleep over it would only be family well this year my mother told methat I can have two friends come and stay the weekend with me for the sleep over. I was so happy, extremely excited. I think I even felt like I was on top of the world and couldn'teven be touched. Well I went to school the following week and told my Best Friend Ashley who I now call my sister and my other best friend Crai that they were invited and then my newly founded friend Quanique. Keeping in mind that my mother only said two friends but at the time I felt like I ruled the world. Well come party time when everybody showed up my mom got to looking around and noticed thatI had two friends over but she never said anything. So we all laughed and played, jumped rope, I got my birthday licks from everybody and then it was time for bed.We all brushed our teeth, told ghost stories, played hide and seek and then nodded off. Well the next day was sunday so everyone was on their way home. After everyone left my mother called me into her room and I thought maybe it was for an extra special gift but sadly I was wrong! When I enteredmy mothers room there was a belt laid across the bed and I wasn't sure why! (Forgetting I invited my newly found friend over too) My mother gave me 11 swats and when I asked why she said it was for the 11 years that Itried to getyou to obey me! Then she goes on to say did you forget momma knows how to count and that wasn't two but three friends. Well thinking back now it was all worth it!

Well I'm glad you that you had such a great birthday. I know what you mean when you look back at things and you know it was all worth it. Reading about your birthday reminded me about my 15th birthday. It was the greatest birthday ever. Not because of any gifts I got or any party that I had. It was because I had such great friends. I was in the 9th grade at the time. I remember everything so well. It was lunch time and I was lucky to have lunch with my best friend and another friend. Well we never really sat in the lunchroom when it was lunch time. We usually just bought a bag of our favorite chips, Flammin' Hot Cheetos, and then we'd walk around the school. My school use to never say nothing about us walking around the school but then I guess too many students started doing it. But of course we didn't care we didn't feel like sitting in the lunchroom. Anyways, we we're walking around and we stopped on one floor and I noticed my friends were whispering something and I knew it couldn't be good. Next thing I know I'm running down the hall with my friends chasing after me trying to give me my birthday licks. I was going to go down without a fight. Bad thing was I had a skirt on that day and as I was running we had bumped into a guy friend of ours and he held me down as they came to punch me. Man, I wasn't done yet I somehow wiggled my way out and I blasted off running. We had a little area outside during lunch time that we were allowed to be, so I ran there and hid behind a bench. I barely had a chance to catch my breath before my friends found me. I'm telling you I was running mad crazy all around. I ended up back inside where the lunchroom was and other friends were wondering why I was so out of breath. And thankfully the bell finally rang to go back to class. Too bad I knew it was over with yet. Once the end of class came, I went outside where I normally meet up with my friend before next class and well there's more than just two of my friends now. First, my guy friend comes chasing and then my best friend comes following and I don't know how it happened but when I was running in the circle away from my guy friend I noticed my best friend wasn't there and we went back to check on her cause she hit the ground somehow. We laughed so hard first and then we finally asked are you ok. She was fine and some teacher started complaining talking about this is why we don't horse play or whatever. But it was done with for now until time for the bus. Overall I had a blast that day even though I got hit pretty harder for running. Sorry it was so long.

First and foremost thank you so much thuynhu so much for responding! The longer the better is how I view these responses. It really seems to me like you and your friends really had a blast on your birthday. The hallways and Flammin' Hot Cheetos bring back my high school days that I miss dearly. Seeing that I have a beautiful daughter now it was all worth it. I remember running the halls with my friends too. Well I am glad you had an outstanding birthday! And hopefully you have many more to come. Well with that said NakitaLikely3617 is out. Till next time thuynhu

My favorite memory of spending time with a friend is when I received my college ring. We were in the same graduating class so we got our rings on the same day. I don't have very many friends so I wasn't going to go out and party with my friends, which is what people usually do. He said we could celebrate together and dunk our rings. We went to his house and got drunk and watched the first new season of Doctor Who. It was the most fun I've ever had. Now I have a small obsession with Doctor Who.
