account? I have nearly $100.00 from different websites that I work on including mylot. The last time I tried to despoit money to my Paypal account they gave me a hassle, only after I ask them to accept my payment did they do so, so what I'm asking is Paypal still giving their customers problems who have unverified Paypal accounts ? Paypal still send me ads and surveys asking me how can they get me to rate them a ten, and my answer is make it easier to verify ones Paypal account...

Yes you certainly can. The only drawback with unverified paypal account is that the money just sits there and you cannot access it. You need to have it verified readily though, using either credit or debit card. That way, you can withdraw those funds. I would not suggest keeping them in your paypal and withdraw everything that goes in, since I recently committed the mistake of keeping my money on my paypal until a hacker took them all.

Thank you for your reply abbypringles, sorry to hear that they got your paypal funds. I almost lost my paypal funds through a phishing email, but, I notice that something was wrong so I read the email and found it to be bogus. I nearly fell for the scam email because when I first open the email I panic, I thought that someone had all ready stolen my funds and was about to follow the instructions that were in the email. How did they get your paypal funds?

I just used a debit card from my bank account to get mine verified it was really easy. Dont know if thats possible for you but another way would be the prepaid credit card that someone else already mentioned. I agree needs to be a simple process.

just get a prepaid visa card its 15 dollars total and you get 10 in the card and just add name adress and phone then enter in paypal it will work
no need for ssn also
