I just got MORE jewelry from here and its awesome! I also ordered one of the cell phone cases in the Bling It! category...love it. The quality of the jewelry is similar to that of Premier Designs, but like a fourth of the cost. As a matter of fact, some of my jewelry from Elegance and Charm has lasted longer than 50 and 60 dollar pieces from Premiere! It's not fine jewelry, but its certainly a few steps above claire's.

Does this happen to be your own site, that you're promoting? *shrugs*. If it is, cool, I suppose, as that's not against the rules. I typically don't buy jewelry from any place other than in-real-life stores (it's much easier and much much much more trustworthy) and you can still get some pretty good deals on stuff.
