Where do you keep your clothes at? Do you store them in something?

Where do you normally keep your clothes at? I keep mines in the closet or in the storage containers. Do you store your clothing in any containers during the winter time? I love storing my clothes in containers for every season. They seem to last longer in containers.

I have a lot of different areas for clothes. My shirts get hung up in my closet and my jeans and shorts are folded and put on shelves in the middle of my closet and i have some dresses and jackets on the left on my closet and of course my shoes are on the bottom on my closet. We have an extra room that has a closet also were i have jeans again folded and put on shelves with some sweaters and winter clothes. I also have winter shirts and also some dresses in the spare bedroom hanging up in the closet. Since i live in Florida i have a entire drawer that is all bathing suits and cover ups. That is my night stand since its big and has two drawers on them. The other drawer is all capri pants and i also have a shelf in my closet with capri pants folded up. Then over to my TV stand that has two big drawers . In those drawers are my tank tops and all color coordinated just like my closet it. Then i have my dresser which has 5 drawers it in and that is all the accessories you know you have to have such as underwear, bras, and socks. Then i have two drawers of pajamas. I like clothes a lot and have them just every where Now onto under my bed. I have clothes in a zippered clear case as those are all brand new clothes i have bought on sale for summer vacation next year. I do not need any summer clothes for next year so i am more than likely will not be buying clothes for myself but probably for the boyfriend as he will be needing some shorts really bad.

My clothes are all in my closet. I don't really have enough to need to store them. The only time I would do that is if I were moving. Purrs, Catwoman=^..^= & Mija

I used to store all my seasonal clothes in storage boxes and in the attic or in closets. The house that we live in now and bought, has an upstairs which is a really huge room with a couple of storage rooms. One of the storage rooms there's a room inside of it where we can hang our clothes that we're not wearing that season so that's where we store ours. All we have to do now is grab a bunch of them, hangers and all and bring them downstairs and take the others upstairs and hang them up. So much easier than ever before.

I just store my clothes in the closet..I keep them hung up. It depends on what season it is, I'll store those clothes in the closet in the other bedroom, nobody's in it so I use that closet too..lol.

If I had an additional closet I am sure that I would do the same as you would, walijo2008.

I keep my clothes in the closet and dresser. I do actually pack up my winter clothes and store them in the basement. I do the same with my summer clothes too. I have used just cardboard boxes before but I like those plastic containers the best. They do add a lot more protction for stored clothes.

If its seasonal clothing like sweater or raincoat, then it is usually stored in a suitcase. Its an old suitcase and does not serve any other purpose, so it is a good choice to store clothes. Also one does not have to worry about insects.

Hi, Vanilla.. I agree about those insects. Moths can be a pest as bed bugs too. I have never seen these insects. I wonder if they are visible to the eye. I always thought that they were invisible.

Hi cream since I live in southern california its not such a big deal with heavy winter clothes. I keep my skirts in one large bureau drawer and my blouses and sweaters in three large drawer my undies in one large drawer and sundries in one real deep drawer. also Ihave some winter stuff that I seldom need here hanging in my part of the closet. a heavy sweater for chilly mornings and late eves is about all you need here in Ca. I agree that plastic containers do work really well for clothes too.
