Is it the right time for a 3rd political party?

If so, how would you prefer they stand on terrorism, immigration, energy, education, health care, social security, etc?

If we could get a third political party that actually had a plan and that wasn't extremist like so many of the third parties today, I think people would vote for that candidate.

They won't vote third party until they believe that it will NOT be simply helping the people they really do NOT want in office, elected.

There are more parties: Independent, Green...others I can't think of. I think it would be too hard for a different party to get as big and influencial as Democrats or Republicans.
