What you will do If Your Computer Gets Hacked?

Hello Mylots Friends,Recent week I've been Experienced a Hedache of Computer at my Office when it gets Hacked by a website in which I just registered an account and my whole computer gets Hacked.My whole computer gets seriously affected even I Don't Connect with Internet it displays viruses and hacking of Computer.So My whole work gets stucked.So what should I do now to recover out of it?So can you tell me what we should do when your computer gets Hacked?What should be the preremedies which should taken in account to make your whole computer resistible against such Hackings?

I suggest install good antivirus and firewall to protect your system first.. and if you get infected and want to get rid. just unplug your network cable/ disable your network from network and settings. restart your machine in safe mode.. and make list of running process.. restart your syste and check which other processes are running.. kill them.. install good antivirus + anti malware + anti spyware.. scan your system. now time to clean your infected registry.. use registry mechanic or any other good registry repair software and reboot your system.. I guess work should be done ;)
