Hi. It's a bit hard to suggest a book because you did not indicate the type of books you want to read for the Christmas holidays. Just a try though, you may be interested in reading some of the books I have read this year. My all time favorites are Grisham and Coelho books. Below are five of the many good books I've read in 2009: 1. The Partner by John Grisham 2. By the River Piedra I Sat Down and Wept by Paulo Coelho 3. Bringing Out the Best in People by Alan Loy McGinnis 4. The Secret by Rhonda Byrnes 5. The One Minute Entrepreneur by Ken Blanchard I'll hope that you'll find some interesting books from the above list.

As you have mentioned John Grisham I would like to add 'THE INNOCENT MAN' in the list. Its one of the most touching books I've ever read! From Paulo Coelho's collections Veronika Decides To Die and Eleven Minutes are fantastic! Apart from them you can try Jeffrey Archer too! Happy Reading!

Hi Lahari. I have already read Coelho's "Veronika Decides to Die" I'm not sure if I fully understood the book based on the author's mindset. I have read many good reviews and praises on this book and maybe I should read it once more to see what I have missed reading/understanding. I am yet to grab a copy of Grisham's "The Innocent Man." A friend already gave me an e-book of Coelho's "Eleven Minutes" but I am yet to read it. I'm already excited to read the book because this is also highly recommended by my friends and many myLotters.
