The Art of Seduction by Robert Greene. It's not just a book, it's a piece of history all on its own. It has all these stories from Cleopatra and Casanova to Marilyn Monroe and the most notorious rakes and sirens in history. It's a really fun read, you should check it out. You'll definitely get your money's worth.

I would recommend the Foundation series by sir Isaac Asimov if you are in a mood to go through 3 books else if you are looking only for one book, then I would recommend a book called Nightfall by the same author. The book is a sci-fi classic and gives you the motivations behind the thought processes of multiple people and mob behavior. Cheers! Ram

If possible you read esperanza's Box of Saints. It's a nice novel by a latin american author.A touching story of a lady who used to collect small statues of saints to whom she prays for offers. Finally she ends up in a dilemma as to whom she should pray. Though the theme may appear to be simple the description of the story is extremely good so that the reader gets immersed in it and will read the whole book at once without a break. The narration also depicts the beautiful nostalgic latin american social conditions.

I would recommend Catcher in the Rye. A very good book but you may have read it in school, so if you have then you should read The Kite Runner. It was a great book, highly recommend it.

The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown, was my most recent read. But then if you have his other books and you are sort of interested in cryptology, you will start developing the capacity to break codes. I tested myself on The Lost Symbol and I was'nt bad. I have some ideas similar to what DB has on Scriptures: That they have more than what meets the eye.
