Is it save to have a dog while we're preagnant?

Hi, i'm 6 month preagnant.... and i have a dog in my house
I tried always keep my dog clean. But is it safe to have dogs while we're preagnant?
My dog usually do his "natural things" outside our house.
If he want to take a pee, we usually bring him for a walk.
And he take bath once or twice a week..
And i always wash my hands before i eat....

I think it is safe. My neighnour has it and they are bringing up their dog along with their baby. So stop worrying if you take the dog to the vet for regular check up and if the dog is healthy.
