Is Blogtoprofit.com down?

I tried to access blogtoprofit.com yesterday and today, but to no avail. My browser keeps telling me the link is broken. This site still owes me $26 for 4 blog tasks that I did. Is anyone here a member of blogtoprofit? Can you access the site? Or does anyone else have any problems trying to access the blogtoprofit website? I know they have been around for more than a couple of years and there have been lots of payment proofs. But they didn't even send notification if their site is under maintenance or server is down. And when I sent them an email yesterday and today asking them why I can't access the website, but I didn't get any response.
