How to Scan any form ? Plz help me friends..............

Hi freinds I am member of one site and now they are ready to pay me and for this they have sent tax form but I need to scan that form and fill our information and sent it to back but I dont know what is method to scan any form? Plz help me gys

Are you talking of CPA/ affiliate site?
Well, Just take a print-out of that form.
Then fill-up as instructed.
Sign - add date
Put it in your scanner - hit run - you will get a pdf copy - mail it to then as attached file.
Or you can FAX them directly

OK means First I have to take print out of that form because now I am not able to write any things in that form ,all things are disabled but after taking print out we can write our information right? but How to put into scanner ,is there any software ? or in every computer has scanner facilities plz can you tell me more about that???
