Is Cashcrate a scam?!

Seriously I signed up for cashcrate.com and I have $19.55 and you have to have $20 to cash out. Well, I kept doing offers and for like 4-5 days now I have had $21.50 "pending" in my account. I completed them all, signed up for free trials. So why is it still pending?! Are they just slow to credit people or do they just hope that people will keep filling out offers and then they hold your money in "pending" right before you get to $20 so they never have to pay out? Can anyone tell me if they have paid out?

It's also to me -- I joined some sites though there are very few there for indians but I managed to find few to sum up to a total of $15.5. But still those are not credited to my account. I mailed them several times --- no answer

I have been paid by the site twice so far. Though i Have not been as active on this site recently as i used to be.

No! It is definitely not a scam! I've received a check every month for the past 3 years now. And I've also earned Amazon money credit. The forum community is very nice too. Here is my link if you're interested: http://www.cashcrate.com/672105 I'd be happy to give you any tips.

As soon as I joined cashcrate i sufed the web to find out whether it is a scam or not.There were different results;some claiming that it is a scam.This discouraged me and so now I don't use cashcrate anymore.Hope you found this useful perform a search to find out more. Happy earnings!
