Where can I find a site to trade referrals?

Most "referral trading" forums are for those "Free" offer sites where you have to complete a certain number of trial offers or purchases.
The sites I need referrals for are 100% free and there seems to be no sites for that. One you just have to enter an email address and the other you sign up for a free site. Are there referral trading forums for 100% FREE sites?

Actually, the rules state that you cannot post any links promoting other affiliate programs. Meaning you cannot post your direct referral link. You CAN, however, give a link to the site that you're talking about. For instance:
http://buildmydownlines.com/members/index.php?
I think this is the kind of site that might be of use to the originator of this discussion. (Note that this is not a "referral" link) It's free. But it's not an "I'll be your referral if you'll be mine" kinda thing.

When you find out let me know please, most sites that I know of you have to learn the ropes before you can start getting referrals in other words someone has to mentor you teach you how the site works that means will you be working for someone else, before you start to see your referral base grow...
